Returns & Exchanges
If you receive the wrong item, a damaged product, or an item with missing parts, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. You can choose between a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

If a replacement item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Please note that items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear will not be considered faulty or eligible for return.

Changed Your Mind
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and parts.

Preparing Your Return

Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method, or issued as store credit where applicable.
